I bought a new camera last week so I’ve been snapping some before and after pics for the world, and our future clients to see so here we go again. It’s easy for plumbers to tell you they know how to install tankless water heaters, but we would rather show you. 
The enemy. The days of wasting space, energy, and running out of hot water are over.
The old tank is out, and the new 1inch gas line is brought around the back of the room to make it neat, and safe.
We recycle 100% of all the old water heaters & card board, and as much of the other trash as possible.
Installing these things require almost every tool in the truck. Pipe wrenches for the Gas pipe work, special tools for the water lines, large drills for the ventilation and to mount the board for the unit on cement. small drills, saws, hammers, torch, etc..
We had to move the heating line over to the corner of the wall to get it away from the tankless unit. Extra work like happens, and easy to correct. However the seemly small task, required more than an hour to the installation time. The entire heating system had to be shut down, one loop drained, then corrected, then refilled,purged. All together the small task really added an an hour to the installation.
