We installed a Navien 240A for our newest client Mrs. Butterworth last week in her beautiful condo- townhouse. (Never knew the difference). last week. This installation wasn’t easy, but it’s one of our best jobs yet.

With the old tank type heater removed, an entire closet is now assessable for storage. When living in a townhouse extra storage is like this is nearly impossible to come by. A great feature of installing a tankless water heater in any condo, townhouse, or apartment.

The Navien is properly mounted to the wall. We kept is high of the floor in order to fit it over the washer & dryer.
We only use quality solid brass valve kits such as these. They have built in shut off valves, and extra hose connection on both the hot and cold side that allows for easy/mess free flushing during the yearly maintenance.

The tankless water heater is installed in a great location that was previously unused.
Time to get on the roof to finish the air intake, and ventilation lines. With a concentric vent kit, there is only 1 pipe going threw the roof.
Our friend, and great roofer Pat Taraintino is brought over to weather proof the concentric pipe for our client.

However we will not install a low quality unit, (for example anything from home depot) because we won’t take the chance of having any call backs. We won’t risk our reputation on installing low quality products. We also don’t normally install electric tankless water heaters for a few reasons we can talk about over the phone.
